Counting your breath | 5 minutes | Episode 12
One of the easiest ways to control the mind is to bring your attention to your breath. This beginner meditation is perfect when you need to stop what you are doing to simply observe. In this episode, Jessie will take you through a meditation where we simply count our inhales and exhales. Starting from one and going up to ten then back down to one.
In the end, you’ll be in a more relaxed state of being.
