Yoga for lower back pain | 30 minutes | Episode 20
An area where we very commonly hold a lot of tension is our lower back. Without the proper exercises and routine, problems can persist over time. Jessie will take you through a gentle yoga sequence designed to help alleviate any pain in the back. Remember to listen to your body, move slowly and breathe deeply.
